Stay in the heart of Midtown Atlanta's "live-work-play" environment! Our place is walking distance to Georgia Tech, Ponce City Market, Piedmont Park, the award-winning BeltLine, and more. Just five bike-friendly miles to Emory University. You’ll love the quiet tree-shaded neighborhood surrounded by greenery, but convenient to businesses, restaurants, entertainment, festivals, and multiple outdoor activities. Gas cooking and fireplaces. Dual heating-cooling systems. Gigabit Ethernet with wi-fi extenders. Total privacy, with your own entrance, a private two-car garage, and your own private third-floor deck in the treetops. (Hot tub in photograph is NOT functional.) Our place is good for couples, families, or small groups. All utilities included, including a cleaning service every other week (linens, etc.). Reasonable pets permitted (with a fee).
