There are only about 20 units, and it feels very much like a neighborhood. The first floor has an open layout, with a kitchen (all new stainless steel appliances), dining room, living room, and half bath (and semi-private deck). The second floor has three bedrooms: a master with a queen bed and en suite bath; one guest room with a full bed; one guest room with a queen size murphy bed (easily convertible to an office space!). There's an additional full bath on the second floor as well. The third floor is finished with a half bath and could be a fourth bedroom or an office / general flex space -- it has a desk and a small kitchenette. Parking pad for 2 cars in front of unit. HOA paid by owner and includes lawn & landscaping care. Great church playground that welcomes guests right across the street, if you have kids! We lived here for most of 8 yrs with our kids and would love for it to be a comfy home while you're in Durham!
