I have been doing residential and vacation rentals for over 30 years and have truly enjoyed this adventure. I started this adventure in Seattle Washington with a Fourplex and continued with condos, duplexes, and single family homes. It has been a great learning experience and have fully enjoyed this career. I have this belief that tenancy be a win win situation for the landlord and tenant. I always try provide a safe an comfortable home for the tenant and to meet the needs of the tenant.
