1 bedroom apt next to GG park, ocean and universities

We are a couple with two daughters ages 8 and 4, Tal owns several cafes in SF and Lisa is a craniosacral therapist. We have a beautiful, furnished one bedroom apartment on the first level of our home (separate entrance) in our quiet outer sunset neighborhood. We are a half block from GG park, and four blocks from the ocean. There is a little hub of restaurants, shops, cafes, groceries and public transportation within 3 blocks of our home. We are looking for a single, couple or couple with baby/small child for longer term stays but are flexible around the amount of time. For shorter stays, could work for family with 2 kids as there is a pull-out sofa in the living room. Our children are up around 7, so you'll hear some noise above starting around then.
