Description
The house is over 100 years old and has been lovingly cared for and updated. There is a modern kitchen and a newly remodeled bathroom. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, each with queen beds, and a study. (There is an additional bedroom upstairs that is locked off to store personal belongings and papers). On the main floor, in addition to the kitchen, living room and dining room there is a room that can be used as a family room, bedroom or a study that has an en suite bathroom. The house has a large deck with a sweeping bay view, and lovely windows and views throughout. We are looking for responsible tenants who will enjoy and watch over our home. We want someone we can trust with our things (artwork, pottery, etc) and who will let us know and deal with any problems that may come up.
