Stylish & Walkable Berkeley Condo

I love where I live. I am .8 miles to UC Berkeley's campus and within 15 minutes walking distance to Berkeley Bowl, Trader Joe's, the weekly Farmer's Market, BART, the YMCA, the Post Office, and all the restaurants in downtown Berkeley. I will be on fellowship for 6 weeks in the summer of 2024 and am looking to sublet my very adorable Berkeley condo to someone who will love it as much as I do. This condo (1 of 8 units) was designed by a German architect and it shows in lots of lovely little details and an emphasis on eco-materials. Downstairs is an open living room/kitchen with concrete floors, a tv, a lovely recliner to read, and a kitchen with a gas stove, dishwasher, an Instapot, blender, and griddle, and a lovely table to serve up your best gourmet creations. Downstairs, there is also small bedroom/office with a bathroom with a shower, that room is quite small but makes a lovely office or child's room (currently my son's room when he's back from college). Half of that closet will be available and there will be space available in the dresser. Upstairs is the master bedroom with a private bathroom with a tub, and handheld shower. There is also a semi-private patio off of the side. In the bedroom, there is a long desk, and I can leave my external monitor and printer for your use. There is also a full size dresser, mirror, and a standing wardrobe. The outdoor space is off of the bedroom, there is a rocker there, and its lovely to see the sunsets. It shares a wall with my neighbors. There is an overhead fan in the bedroom and the apartment gets lots of cross ventilation. You really couldn't ask for a better location. There is street parking pretty readily available, several nearby bus stops, and a 15 minute walk to BART.
