We are looking to rent out our apartment in New York for the month of August 2024. It is a renovated two-bedroom apartment located across the street from the historic General Theological Seminary on 20th Street, between 9th and 10th Avenue, in Chelsea, Manhattan. It is a great location, close to everything, yet quiet with beautiful views of the gardens belonging to the Seminary. We are a five-minute walk from the High Line, close to galleries, restaurants and the Whitney in the Meat Packing District. Only a ten-minute subway ride to Brooklyn. Whole Foods, Trader Joes and other grocery stores are within a five-block radius. It is a fantastic location in a beautiful historic building (with doorman). The apartment has two bedrooms. The building is quiet with only five floors and a rooftop terrace with views of the Empire State Building. It is 720 ft2, and stylish with lots of light, lots of art and high ceilings!
