I am a former academic (PhD, U of T, 2017) working as a consultant, and looking to go abroad for 6 months. Would love a clean, quiet, and respectful tenant for the winter to occupy my upscale 2BR/2Bath condo - professionally decorated, all furnishings less than 16 months old, extremely safe building (24 hr security) and neighbourhood.
