Cosy Quiet Family Friendly Home Near Parks and Downtown

We're are a family of 4 who will be spending the school year in Montreal with family. We are looking for a family to rent our cozy and quiet home in Toronto. The house is situated on a one-way street in the Brockton Village neighbourhood. Dufferin Grove park - one of the best in Toronto - is less than a 5 minute walk away. It includes an incredible playground, wading pool (summer only), outdoor skating rink (winter) and lots of green space. We are also 10 minutes from Macgregor Park and the Toronto Rail line, which are our favourite places to take the kids and/or go for a run. The Mary McCormick Community centre is also less than a 10 minutes walk. It includes a low-cost gym, a variety of drop-in adult and children's programming and a heated, indoor pool. We're just blocks away from Toronto's hip Queen West/ Parkdale, Bloor Street and Dufferin Grove neighbourhoods. These offer some funky stores, art galleries, farmer's markets, craft breweries, the Dufferin Mall and most other conveniences such as banks, grocery stores, etc. We are only well situated with access to public transit with subway, streetcar and bus options.
