Bright, Spacious, Pet-friendly loft apartment in Montreal w/ 12ft ceilings

This is a fantastic and unique building with security, a concierge, and a communal environment. There is no other building like it in MTL. My flat is large with a separate bedroom, 12-foot ceilings, AC, and en-suite laundry. There are steps leading down to my place, so while the building is wheelchair accessible, I'm afraid my place is not. I believe I can ask for a ramp to be installed if that is a requirement. It is a corner unit so wonderfully bright and light, especially when the sun is setting. It is walkable to all the universities, Place des Arts, Eaton Centre, the famous St Catherine shopping street, Sir George-Étienne Cartier Monument, Notre Dame Cathedral, Mont Royal Park and the Old Port. The area is very lively packed with restaurants and bars, with a very popular Peruvian restaurant downstairs called Chifa. There is an IGA, a Provigo, Pharmaprix, Post office, medical clinics as well as more local organic supermarches, all within a 5-10 minute walk. The building amenities are brilliant - outdoor pool, BBQ area, 2 rooftop patios, a sky lounge for studying/working, an office area, gym/yoga room/sauna, HIIT classes (if you want to take them) etc. The gym is fully equipped with a punching bag for boxing (I have gloves you can borrow), yoga mats, full weights/bars with ropes and tyre - a lot like a CrossFit gym but with cardio equipment as well. It's very bright and there is an ice rink created in the garden area in winter where everyone ice skates. IN the summer, it has life-size chess games, outdoor patio seating and a badminton net as well as hammocks for the tenants to chill in. I can't say how safe and gorgeous this building is. It is LGBTQIA2S+ friendly and accepts and dogs (all sizes). There is even a little private dog park area out the back for tenants. My flat will be your home away from home.
