Description
As a retired grandfather/master gardener I spend a few months a year at my home and the rest of my time I spend with two of my children and their families. I am looking for an ideal tenant(s) relationship in my three bedroom home which is fully furnished Wi-Fi and located on a secluded beautiful cul-de-sac in Kent Ohio just minutes away from the Kent State University campus and a reasonable driving distance to The University of Akron. The only thing that would be a nonstarter is that I am 100% intolerant of tobacco of any sort, Including vaping. If you don’t mind having a retiree around for a few months of the year then this might be the ideal spot for you and a partner, or perhaps maybe even for a family with children. I am involved in the Kent Public Elementary Schools gardening programs and active in the Kent Environmental Counsel.
