We are a family of academics formerly employed by TCU. A new professorial position has taken us from Fort Worth, but we still consider it our home and plan to return one day. We often return to town during the holidays and during the summer, so the perfect tenant would be someone who has a similar academic schedule, but this isn't a requirement. The proximity to the UNT Health Science Center and the museums make our house easily accessible to Fort Worth's attractions such as the Kimbell and Amon Carter museums, Central Market, 7th Street, downtown and Dickies Arena. It is quiet, safe and an oasis in the sprawling, bustling MetroPlex. Built on part of the original Camp Bowie, this property is ideal for a young family, medical student or visiting professor.

Comments: Our home is a charming 1930s original bungalow. The middle bedroom (there are three) is used as a storage space for our personal belongings. The other spaces are light-filled, with huge fruit-bearing pecan trees in the front yard.
