Hi everyone! I am looking for someone to sublease my apartment in Woodbury Garden Apartments. The apartment is 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom. It is approximately a mile away from the Big House and Crisler Center. Move-in would be Middle of December 2022/Jan2023 (I am flexible) and rent is $1,570/month plus utilities. The sublease will go till the end of April/beginning of May 2023. Details: 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom Option for Apartment to be furnished to some extent Living room The apartment in total is approx. 860 sq ft Upgraded unit with stainless steel appliances (dishwasher, microwave, stove/oven, fridge) Washer/dryer in building Free uncovered parking or $25 a month covered parking Community amenities include a pool, fitness center, private dog park, and more Shuttle to go to campus or city bus stop right next to the community Happy to give in-person or virtual tours.
