3 Bedroom Home nestled in the woods of Western Mass

Our 3 bedroom house is nestled in the woods of Florence, MA. The house has 2.5 bathrooms, a well laid out kitchen, and a sizable living room that can be used as multifunction room. There is a separate dining room (that can also be used as an office). There is a 2 car garage that connects to the house via an insulated breezeway. Our friendly neighborhood is quiet and lovely. The house is very functional for a family, but one of the bathrooms and the kitchen are on the older side. The main bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. The guest bath on the second floor has a bathtub and shower. The third bedroom is quite small, but would be an excellent office. There is also a den in the basement with ample storage. There is lots of nature to enjoy from a local conservation area nearby and the deer frolicking in our neighborhood. There is both a front and backyard, but we are in an area where one needs to be cautious of ticks. We're hoping to find renters who will love our home as much as we do, while we're away for at least a year.
