Please note that the apartment does NOT have a built-in oven or built-in cooktop stove. A newly renovated full bath is on the lower level with a large corner shower, tile floors, and a marble vanity. The home has a new furnace and house is set house to 73 in winter. There is also a built-in humidifier to help the Colorado dry air. Air conditioning is run throughout hot summer months. I live on the upstairs two floors and support the complete privacy and independence of tenants. I am an author and an executive women's coach working part time on zoom teaching workshops and coaching. I'm friendly and private, and attend quickly to tenant needs while keeping distance for your privacy otherwise. I’ve leased to students and professionals for the last 9 years. The house has usual house noises ~ faint sound of stairs, running water, quiet hum of distant voices though absolutely no discernible conversation. TVs and computers cannot be heard in any part of the house. There is a driveway parking spot for tenant use.
