It is super clean and cozy, just 5 houses down from Seabright Beach. It is also within walking distance to Santa Cruz Harbor and the Boardwalk. The house is close to Gault Elementary School, and walking distance to city parks, shops, Verve coffee, and great restaurants. Downtown Santa Cruz is just minutes away in a car or on a bike. The unit includes a garden patio and grill for exclusive use of the downstairs tenants, as is the parking area on the back alley which is large enough for 3 cars. There is also a sitting area in the beautiful front garden. The upstairs unit is not a rental and is used exclusively by family and close friends, primarily on weekends. We are not accepting co-signors for this rental.
