We are a retired couple (early 70s) from the public school system. We are offering our home for rent while we are away for 1 -2 months and are available at other times for an exchange. We would love to offer it to 2 adults (only) who will respect the finer things in the home and who will enjoy being here. The brand new kitchen is a chef’s delight in a home that is perfect for entertaining. It is on a quiet dead end street with considerate neighbours and walkable to so much. Parking is out front - in the open. Although this is a rancher, there are 2 sets of 3 steps each to get into the home. But there are no steps inside the house. THere is hardwood flooring throughout, making it easy to clean. The gas fireplace is terrific for heat and ambiance. There is also a natural gas fire pit on the covered deck off the dining area which can be pleasant on a warm winter day.
