The apartment is the upper unit in an owner-occupied home. It is cozy and well-furnished with a queen size bed, ample closet space, a full size (8" mattress) futon, love seat, HD tv, dining table for 4. The kitchen features a full-size refridgerator, a sink with garbage disposal, two induction cooking plates, dishes, utensils, etc. On-site, not coin-operated laundry. The backyard is fenced in for dogs. I work for the University as an arts administrator and am also a teaching artist in the community. My best friends lives with me almost full-time. She has two dogs who frequent the back yard.
