Fully furnished one bedroom one bath english basement apartment in a historic rowhouse on the nicest block in Dupont Circle. W/D, dishwasher, full fridge, front patio and perfect location. We live upstairs with kids, so there is some noise as the house is 120 years old and not very soundproof.
