Description
We are looking to rent to a quiet family while we are away for about a year. Our home lives like a single family house even though we're a 2 unit condo complex. The renters will have a wonderful dedicated space (deck) as well as communal space (backyard, frontward) with one other family in the condo association. Our home has all the amenities for a comfortable and easy transition to the Bay Area. We live within a few minutes' walk from public transportation, many parks, restaurants, public schools, and an easy bike to UC Berkeley.
