Quick walk to Babson, (and on the same street). This home is ideal for Babson graduate students. Completely furnished. Other rooms may be available. Extremely safe town. Everything is included such as WiFi, heat, electricity, gas, all utilities, laundry (on 1st floor and we supply all your detergent), towels, blankets, sheets, etc. Ideal for people seeking tranquility. People are attracted to this home who do NOT have a car. We do not have parking and this town does not allow on street, overnight parking. You can walk to multiple destinations. Train to Boston is a 5-minute walk from the house. We primarily attract academics (Babson graduate students). Sorry, no pets, our cat won't allow it. Walk to Whole Foods, cafes, restaurants, yoga, Pilates, spin studios, etc. Right next to walk/run/bike path. Your room along with the remainder of the house will be professionally cleaned every 2 weeks. Your sheets will be changed, floors vacuumed/washed, tabletops wiped down. Room is fully and well appointed. You have a private balcony that only you have access to. This room was the former primary bedroom. There is a Queen-size bed, work desk & chair, dresser, 2 closet with hangers and laundry basket, plenty of lighting, your own Keurig and electric tea pot with mugs. House has central heat and air conditioning. Room is on the second floor with a new Italian tile/marble/river stone bathroom. There is storage for your toiletries in the bathroom. Guests can also use half bath on first floor. Just outside your room is a microwave and mini-refrigerator great for storing then warming leftovers. We are a 5-minute walk to the Wellesley hills train station. While we are close to everything, you feel like you are in the country because of the large yard and many mature trees. There are several outdoor seating areas. People who want to focus on their studies fit in really well here. A cat shares this home with a professor and his wife.
