A quiet oasis in an extremely convenient location, 1 block from subway

Many people have described the apartment as a little oasis in the middle of an amazing area. Lots of interesting/good stores ranging from beautiful artsy shops to Trade Joe's within a few blocks, really good food of all ethnicity everywhere in the hood in all price ranges, every class of bars (sophisticated, specialty, dive bars, you name it), cafes, grocery stores, a very short walk to Thompkin Square park, great people-watching to say the least! Walking around the neighborhood is really fun, but you can also walk to Union Square (10 min), Lower East Side, Nolita, Soho... it really is THE best location. I also live nearby so if there's anything you need I can easily come and help, and/or give you recommendations. Some more details about the apartment: Living/dining room: small dining table with chairs, bench and a cabinet Bedroom: facing the back of the building, lots of natural light! A queen-size bed, 2 bedside tables, a reading light, a long work desk and a chair, shelves + closet space, curtains, fire escape Kitchen: lots of counter space and storage, electric stove/oven, microwave, fridge, and some basic kitchen stuff (dishes, glasses/cups, and cutleries) Bedding and towels are provided. Heat, water, electricity and wifi are included in rent. Prefer 1 clean and quiet person but a couple is also OK.
