My wife and I are documentary filmmakers. We've been making creative documentaries about human rights issues for over 35 years. Comments: We are open to longer term rentals. We have the fastest available wi-fi for a home office setup, it is a net zero home completely solar powered heated and cooled by heat pumps and a fully stocked kitchen.

Comments: We live on the property next door and are available to answer questions and offer local guidance. There is a lot to do in this area, from hiking and skiing or kayaking and swimming, or just hanging out by the woods on the huge deck enjoying nature.

Comments: Although in a rural setting, we are equidistant (10 minute drive) to the villages of Woodstock and Saugerties. We are also a 10 minute drive to the entrance (Exit 20) to the NY Thruway and less than two hours to NYC. There is also a train to NYC.
