Description
We are looking for a responsible family or person to stay in our home while we are away for the year. We live in a great neighborhood that is close to Northwestern, Loyola, DePaul and several area hospitals (NorthShore, St. Francis and Lutheran General). The public is school is a short three block walk and there is a great catholic school two blocks away as well (St. Joan of Ark). Open layout and incredible basement with foosball, air hockey, pop-a-shot make it an ideal home for anyone with kids (we have three boys). We would love to leave our home furnished and therefore are looking for people who will treat it as they would their own. We have a great garden with raised beds and flowers and live on an extremely friendly street were everyone knows and looks out for each other. Our street dead ends into a big park that will have a brand new park in summer of 2023 with a splash pad and floor is lava themed playground.

Comments: Wonderful house for your family and to host friends/family gatherings. Amazing backyard with zip line, trampoline, climbing dome, etc. Front yard with raised garden beds and fire pit. The inside is both comfortable but also stylish.
