Comfortable, well-maintained home in residential neighborhood. Sunny, private, secure. All windows look out on garden, trees, greenery. Thermal heat on both levels (hot water in pipes under floor). Access is through locked gate and landscape lights come on at dusk. One to two blocks to all amenities: public transportation, world famous Cheeseboard Bakery and Chez Panisse, grocery, Peet's Coffee, pharmacy, restaurants, bookstore. House is fully furnished including linens and cooking utensils. Ample street parking with City of Berkeley Residential Parking Permit. Cleaning service negotiable for fee. Landlord lives on property in a separate residence. We have had 35 years of satisfied guests staying here. Public park nearby with tennis courts, basketball courts, creek, large areas of lawn.
