I am renting my apartment between July and August 2024. The dates are flexible with a one-month minimum stay. I would be happy to schedule a video call so you can see the apartment. Modern, open-floor-plan, top-floor unit in centrally located Dupont Circle. The unit has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, but the master bedroom and bathroom will remain closed during your stay. The apartment has tons of natural light, with skylights in all main areas, modern appliances, hardwood floors, central AC, in-unit washer and drier, dishwasher, and a fireplace. It is furnished with a modern and minimalist style. A cleaning crew comes every other week. The apartment is in a very quiet area, but still within a short walking distance to all restaurants and bars in Dupont, Adams Morgan, 17th street, and 14th street. There are several grocery stores nearby: Safeway, Whole Foods, and Trader Joe’s. The biggest farmers' market in DC occurs every Sunday in Dupont Circle, which is only 5 blocks from the apartment.
