5-room house with an ocean view in walkable Bird Rock/La Jolla coastal line

This is an academic family home available for approximately two months, June and July in the summer when we travel. The house is fully furnished, bright facing both south & west, with all utilities included. If you need a car, we can discuss it. It is in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood overlooking the beautiful ocean, but you have access to all the Bird Rock shops, coffee shops, restaurants, etc, within a few blocks. You will enjoy strolling in our Bird Rock neighborhood, which is one of the most prestigious areas in La Jolla, or walking to the beach or the bike path. You can also reach both Pacific Beach or La Jolla Villages by walk or bike. We are mainly looking for visitors who need a summer house in La Jolla who we can trust. For example, you are a fellow academic. Other possibilities include a reliable family who is a homeowner and respects other people's homes. If you work for a tech or biotech industry, we may consider you, too, although the rates might be different. If you are seriously interested, get in touch with us, and we can talk.
