This unit is self sufficient and there is a situation in which you could come and go w/out crossing paths with our family but more than likely the boys may play basketball one day after school and if your home wonderful, we maybe on the side gardening and we hope you would grab a snap pea on your way to the unit. It is a small lot and we hope to have a congenial relationship with the person who stays in the unit
