Have coffee under the bougainvillea on the back patio (it's grown in much more than in the photo), hang out with the butterflies in the front garden (not yet pictured), stroll to neighborhood shops and restaurants and yoga studios, or take a stair walk throughout the hills of Silverlake (google it, it's fun!). Or just curl up on the day bed in the second bedroom (also not yet pictured - which is currently used as a den) and watch hours of tv. In Silverlake, anything goes. Now the boring stuff: 2 bedrooms, 1 bath. The second bedroom is currently used as a den, so this place is likely best for a couple who wants to sleep in the same queen-sized bed. But we can work together to remove or add furniture as necessary. I also have another listing on this site (#150797 - check it out) and if that one doesn't result in finding the right tenants, the working idea is that I'll move in there and rent out this place. I've taken great care to make my home well-decorated, fun and comfortable, and hope to find someone who appreciates all these things.
