Culver City Condo available for rent, gated community, May 23rd-August 20th. One bathroom furnished condo available from mid May-August 20th. Two month minimum rental is required. Rent includes designated covered parking in this gated community with park-like grounds. Looking someone positive, courteous, and drama-free who would fit the peaceful relaxed vibe of the space. This is my private residence and renting it out while I’m away for the summer. This condo complex has 24 hour security, beautifully landscaped grounds and a man-made lake. Amenities include gym, pool, and sauna. Coin operated washers/dryers on the same floor. The condo is centrally located on the Westside, and a short drive to happening downtown Culver City where you can find a movie theatre, restaurants, cafes, farmers' market, Trader Joes, Erewhon market and Sephora. Also close to Playa Vista development where you can find Wholefoods, Landmark Theatres, and restaurants. Nearby are Sony Studios, and West Los Angeles College, Palms, and Mar Vista. It is 5-7 miles from Loyola Marymount University, LAX, UCLA, Santa Monica, Venice Beach, and Marina Del Rey. 7 minutes from 405 and 10 freeways. The Expo Line station which is 1.5 miles away will take you to downtown Los Angeles and Santa Monica in 30 minutes. No smoking, no drugs, no pets, no drama. Rent is includes trash, water, internet and gas. Electricity will be billed separately and deducted from security deposit. Rent is $3000/month month if renting the entire duration (~3 months) Two month rental rate is $3200/month.
