My wife is an architect and I am an architect /artist. We are looking for a couple, a professor or scientist. The house is situated halfway between the Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL) and Cal Tech. We are looking for someone who appreciates art, a lot of books, and would like a rather funky old house.
