The first floor has an office, 2 living rooms, kitchen, dining room, and a half-bathroom. The carpeted basement has 1 full bedroom and 1 full bathroom, as well as another queen bed, a TV/entertainment space, and a mini kitchen and wet bar. The 3-car garage currently accommodates two cars, plus lots of space for bikes, sports equipment, etc. The neighborhood has many families, dogs, and friendly faces. A 3-minute walk reaches the Gunbarrel Commons Park with a neighborhood pool, tennis courts, playgrounds, and access to several trails and bike paths. A 2-minute drive takes you to several shopping centers (including grocery store and many restaurants).
