Two-Bedroom apartment in Koreatown with parking!

We are two USC PhD students, and we are renting our apartment from December 13 through January 7. The apartment is super conveniently located within a residential area. It's just one block away from Vermont Avenue so you´ll be close to a great variety of restaurants, supermarkets, cafes, public transportation, postal services, etc.) You'll have easy transportation access to wherever you want in LA and running errands is pretty smooth. We also have two parking spots! This apartment is perfectly equipped with air conditioner and heating for both the heat and cold weather! It has a gym and beautiful pool area (with a relaxing hot tub) surrounded by trees, comfortable chairs and tables so you can enjoy tranquil writing and an outdoor bbq any day. Washer and dryer are inside the apartment too so you don't have to do your laundry elsewhere. It receives plenty of sunlight during the day as well, perfect for the winter time.
