Welcome to our home! This is a central, terrace house (semi) in Dovercourt Village close to parks, bike paths, schools, community centres, the St George campus of the University of Toronto and hospital row. It features a living room, dining room, eat-in kitchen, and a light-filled, unheated sunroom on the first floor. There is a bathroom and two bedrooms on the second floor. A third bedroom, at the front of the house is used as a large upstairs sitting/guest room. The home is completely furnished and the small fridge in the kitchen is supplemented by a second half fridge in the basement. The subway is an 8 minute walk directly down the quiet street.
