We are a couple living on the same street as this house. We bought it with long-term plans to live there, and in the interim we renovated and furnished it to our exacting standards with a view to renting it out for the near term (1-3 years). The brand new front porch retains its 1920's charm, providing shade from the south facing sunshine, and a totally relaxing place to spend summer, spring and fall evenings.
