Lovely house with beautiful gardens and pool in Claremont Village, CA

I will be on sabbatical summer/fall 2023; I am looking to rent to respectful tenants who are ready to enjoy and appreciate my lovely home. If you are an academic, creative, or professional single or couple, the house will suit you well. With lots of public and private space inside and out, a quiet location, and plenty of opportunity to retreat, my home is a writer's paradise. It has one available bathroom and two bedrooms, a study/library -- the three rooms can be configured differently, according to your needs. Large, modern, fully furnished kitchen -- two ovens, mircro-wave, induction cooktop, large fridge/freezer, washer and dryer -- with open-plan dining and living areas; opens to patio and back yard. Pick fresh flowers and fruit (peaches, apricots, apples, raspberries, plums, citrus) from the gardens, as long as you beat the squirrels to it. Shady second side yard. Claremont Village with its Sunday farmer's market at walking distance, city parks and mountain hikes close by. To satisfy city cravings, LA is 45 minutes, Pasadena 30 minutes away: art, theater, music, shopping. California' beaches, skiing at Big Bear, and fantastic national parks are within easy reach. I'd ask my tenants to try to keep the garden and inside plants alive, which means frequent watering in the gardens, in addition to the sprinkler system -- it gets hot here and plants need care. I'd also request you retain my weekly cleaning service. I'd trust you to keep everything in order and to care for my home as I do. One dog is welcome, but please no cats.
