You will have space for your own things. 13- Payment happens on the first day of the month by bank deposit. 14- $1,800.00 CAD monthly balance if the semester is paid in advance. $2,000.00 CAD monthly. 15- Any disagreement will be solved and regulated by Ontario's tenant's law. 16- Willing to provide references to a bank, former tenants, employment, or school references. 17- Willing to buy tenant insurance.
