Description
Heading to Oxford University for a six-month sabbatical Jan-June 2024. Looking to rent out or swap our house during that time. It is a lovely home built in 1922 that's been updated to be comfortable 100 years later. We are in a nice walking neighborhood and four-minutes from the BART subway stop, which takes you to UC Berkeley. Also close to a freeway onramp that is a 30 minute drive to Stanford or a 45 train ride. And one block from the #44 bus which goes straight to UCSF's main campus at Parnassus. University of San Francisco and San Francisco State are also easily accessible.

Comments: Our home was built in 1922 and quite comfortable. The kitchen was remodeled recently and is a nice place to cook and eat. There is also a formal dining room.
