When: July and early August; we’re flexible! (Open to a week or month+) What: —> 4 bedroom/3 bath —> Only 3 bedrooms will be available for use. We will use 1 bedrooms to store our clothing, etc. —> tastefully furnished Main floor: 1: Primary with king bed, ensuite full bath, walk-in closet, office area 2: Queen with closet and adjacent full bath 3: Nursery (we will likely use this space for storage unless you have a baby) Downstairs in-law: 1: Office/desk area, very comfortable American Leather pull-out sofa, full bath Other: Fully-equipped super sunny kitchen Internet & smart TV Backyard: grill, turf area w/sectional, umbrellas, orange and lemon trees, and upstairs lawn Where: Located in the tree-lined Dominican area of San Rafael (25 min to SF) Couple blocks to the Dominican campus Couple blocks to Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s (Montecito shopping area), Peet’s etc Half mile to downtown bars, restaurants, yoga, etc (Arizmendi, Sol Food, California Gold, etc)
