Our house is located in beautiful Santa Rosa in Sonoma County. It's over 900 square feet with hardwood floors, tons of light, a large Wolf stove and oven, and a nice-sized backyard with two incredible trees. We also have a fire pit and grill on our patio. The house is centrally located in Santa Rosa and a short walk to Montgomery Village, which has charming shops and great restaurants. You are also within walking distance of multiple parks, close to bike trails and world-famous mountain biking, and a short 30-minute drive to the Sonoma Coast. Downtown Santa Rosa is also within walking or biking distance and includes even more excellent restaurants, breweries (Russian River Brewing), and a weekly farmers' market in the summer. The house is also a short distance from multiple wineries.
