We are offering for rent our lovely, bright courtyard apartment in the Latin Quarter, just a block from the the Jardin du Luxembourg and the RER B (Luxembourg station). Our apartment is very convenient to the Ecole Normale Supérieure, EHESS, the Institut Curie, the Sorbonne, and Sciences Po. It is compact (47 m.sq.) but efficient, with two bedrooms (1 queen, the other a bunkbed) and 2 bathrooms (1 complete, 1 shower/sink and 1 lavatory, with washer and dryer). We entirely renovated the apartment in 2007 when we purchased it, including a cook's kitchen with granite counters and good appliances. Excellent food shopping is close by. It is a walk-up (3ième étage). Bicycle parking in the courtyard is available, Velib stations are close by, and many bus routes around, as well as the RER B half a block away. We have a highly efficient portable AC unit in case of a hot spell. You may also use our printer and video projector.
