Located on the first crest of the Berkeley Hills, the house is nestled in the quiet, safe neighborhood of Live Oak Park, which is composed of owner-occupied single family homes. On a fogless afternoon one can see the San Francisco skyline and the Golden Gate Bridge from the living room and front deck. The house has hardwood floors and oriental rugs throughout. As well, the house is furnished with a piano, a computer, two high-speed WiFi, routers, one smart TV (+ a small flatscreen TV), and two Sonos speakers as well as two Alexa smart speakers, The house comfortably sleeps a couple with two children. The upstairs level bedrooms have queen-sized Oysterbeds (trundlebeds), and the downstairs (main level) bedroom, a brand-new trundlebed. The master bedroom has a sliding glass door giving onto the quiet, east-facing back garden. It also has a smart TV connected to Xfinity (Comcast cable), plus a large SONOS and a small Alexa. PHOTOS OF THE BEDROOMS AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST. The 'house computer' looks out on the rose and vegetable garden from the breakfast room. It is also the location of the WiFi-enabled color printer/scanner/flat-screen photocopier. This house is destined for a couple or a family with one or two children (although two French families, each with three young children, rented for several months with no problems).
