Two bedroom cottage in exceptionally safe (leave your keys in the door), wooded East Bay Hills cottage in quaint Montclair District of Oakland with its village shopping area, tree lined walking paths, views of two SF bridges, gives immediate access to incredible hiking and bike trails. Our home is nearest to UCB Merritt, Holy Names, and several Oakland and Berkeley Community Colleges. We have two private outdoor redwood decks: one off the kitchen for entertaining, the other off the master bedroom for hot tubing. Amenities include: dishwasher, new counter top, O'Keefe stove, Mac computer, flat screen TV, exercise bike, washer with gas dryer, and a lovely hot tub to soak your weary bones after a good day hike!
