Spacious 3 bdrm + Office. Pool. Close to hospital, Queen's U. Loblaw's, bus

Fabulous rental in a friendly beautiful neighborhood! We rented for 6-months – March – September. Our hosts were wonderful people, so kind, accommodating, and attentive to our requests. The Calvin Park location could not have been better: delightful neighborhood for our evening walks, across the street from the excellent YMCA, 5-minute stroll to Kingston Centre stores, on major bus line, and short drive to downtown / universities. The house itself is spacious yet cozy and well-equipped with big screen TV, appliances, and everything you could need. Parking space right at the front door. Beautiful gardens front and back in the summer and friendly neighbors. We have really enjoyed our stay here on Wright Crescent with these hosts! A few highlites: • The kitchen is big and open with a window that opens to the sun in the morning. It is equipped with everything you could need. We both cook and we loved it. And there are four different grocery stores within a ten-minute drive. We recommend Farm Boy for the best produce. • We are teachers and we depend on good strong internet. The internet in the house was solid and strong. We never had any problems with it. • We’re also sports people – and we watched the Stanley Cup, Triple Crown, Tennis, Tour de France, US Open very comfortably in the Wright Crescent house. The big screen upstairs is far better and bigger than we have in our home. And a downstairs TV was great for watching the Tour that begins at 7 am. • Last, not least, for runners and walkers - the neighborhood. There are two running tracks within 5 minutes of the house, and trails – Waterfront and K&P Trail very close by. And daily 3-4 km evening walks thru the Calvin Park neighborhood made for a perfect way to close the day. We made friends with many walkers and dogs and enjoyed the musician who ‘usually’ would be sitting on a bench in Churchill Park just at sunset playing-practicing on trombone. Many pleasant memories and a continuing close friendship with wonderful hosts. They never intruded in any way. But, they were there in minutes if we needed them.

I highly recommend this rental. We are in the second half of a five-month stay and it has been so good an experience we are hoping to stay in the neighbourhood. The house is beautifully set up and equipped with everything you could need. It's made the stay easy and comfortable. Our hosts are lovely people who know what they're doing. They are gracious and respectful. We appreciate how smooth this has gone, the two parking spots, the pool onsite, the central location, walking to the library, Y and stores and how well-maintained and attractive the property is. The guest bedroom and bathroom downstairs has been useful as well. This has been a great stay for us.
