We were looking for a seven month furnished apartment while doing research at the Newberry Library, most apartments found through other sites wanted a year lease, or were unfurnished, or were absurdly expensive "corporate housing" so wonderful to have a resource really geared towards just what we are--academics looking for sabbatical housing on a semester time-frame.
