I found my renter within 24 hours of listing my house with you (6 hrs 56 minutes to be precise).
My place is actually down the street from UNC (though I teach at Duke), and one member of the my renter couple is going to be a visiting scholar at UNC during the fall semester. He and his wife are Finnish and currently live in Belgium. I'm sure they'll be great renters.
I'll be re-listing for January--hope it works out so well again.
