Thank you I have actually found people 3 times. My last 2 tenants were London based academics needing short term housing, one due to home renovations, the other had rented his home out while on sabbatical but some travel plans fell through. I have also found housing twice in Melbourne through this SabbaticalHomes.com which I constantly recommend through friends. I am doing some renovations on my place now and hoping I can provide a home from home for some others in the future.
