Our tenants are from Belgium and work for the European Union. The mom has a fellowship appointment at the University of Washington for the academic year. They have three kids and were attracted to our house because its large enough to handle a family of five and we have two cats that need care while we are away. They have a cat in Belgium and were going to miss it. Funny, but the thing that I thought would make it hard to rent our house (two cats!) actually made the house more attractive.
