Our tenants who were supposed to stay till June 30 announced 4 nights ago that the man's post doc contract was ending 12/31 and because of COVID he has to leave the country soon after, and we were suddenly going to be without tenants in January! I did this posting on Sabbatical Homes & someone contacted me 15 minutes later. We worked for 36 hours going back and forth and just signed the deal. This website is a life-saver. We are about to list another property. What would we do without you?
