A warm, family-friendly, charming house in central Munich (8 min. by underground, 20 min. by bike to Marienplatz / Odeonsplatz). The house is located very quietly - let the birds wake you up in the morning. The house has a kitchen/dining room, a living room, three bedrooms all equipped with a desk, and a guest room. It has a bathroom and a separate toilet. The house has a big, well-equipped kitchen with a steamer, etc. (since we love to cook). It is from 1934, fully renovated and modernised, still maintaining the charm of the 30s. Even though the house is close to the centre, it is quiet and located between two parks. Within walking distance are several restaurants, a beautiful beer garden, stores for everyday shopping, an indoor and outdoor pool, a skating rink, and three playgrounds. Within walking distance, there are schools of all kinds and three kindergartens. The European School is nearby (approx. ten min. by bike). There is a pretty lake to swim and relax within a 15-minute bike ride.
